Creating The Clear Mind For Living
There is a Buddhist saying,
"When your mind is clear,
You can see yourself"
In times of change and seemingly unpredictable patterns of living, remaining
clear is crucial.
Clarity allows us to distinguish facts. It empowers us to see all options
and aspects of situations. And it is an essence that supports our evolvement
to reach our greatest potential.
The physical space that we live and work in mirrors the essence of our
inner soul. It is a vehicle for us to better know and appreciate who
we are. And it is a means to bring forth stability, calm and awareness.
These qualities support our manifesting our vision as we are empowered
to take the best actions possible to initiate and manage healthy change.
As we think of creating a space for a clear mind, we can think of all
elements in life as having a vibrational frequency. In the East, it is
called chi. There is chi in every human being, chi of land, and a chi
essence that relates to all physical forms as with art objects, books
and so on.
The quality of the chi energy in our home and office influences our personal
chi energy. Feng Shui is the art of arranging the energies of the environment
to be most in harmony with the natural forces of the universe.
There are many factors that determine the quality of the Feng Shui. The
physical arrangement of furniture and the way one moves through space
and visually encounters physical form are more logical elements. And
of great importance is the non-visible essence of intention associated
with all placements and objects.
A first step in becoming clear can be to become consciously connected
with what is in your environment and to notice how it affects you. This
commitment to awareness can awaken a vital essence to free stuck energies
and to strengthen the already positive forces within.
Simply be aware. Notice. What have you chosen to place around you?
How did the object find its place in your home? How does it empower and
nourish you? Does it limit or diminish your energy?
These simple questions open your vision and unlock potential to see the
truth of what life is for you. And it is the first step to expand and
adjust to support your greatest dreams.
