There Is No Bad Space
Everything in life has purpose. And our space is our teacher.
We are empowered and nourished as life is in balance. As we move from
imbalance to greater balance working with our Feng Shui process, we have
an opportunity to gain insight to what enhances our sense of inner peace
and supports connecting with our personal power.
We create freedom as we can see things as more or less desirable. It
sets energy of choice. Every shift, no matter how small becomes an acknowledgement
because we are moving to a more desirable state.
If we condition ourselves to see all things only in terms of good and
bad, we lose the flow that life preciously gives us. As we make notes
on the "good/bad" meter, we are propelled to make change to "fix" something
to make it better.
In the expediency to make it "right" we can lose sight of the elements
that surround the situation. Life becomes a process of doing, rather
than being. As a result, we can lose the essence of the cause of the
situation and simply fix the resulting condition.
We can think of it as getting divorced and remarrying someone with the
same qualities that were the reason for the previous split. The surface
appearance may be different, but once we look beyond, the qualities are
present, in simply a different package.
My teacher Lama Surya Das says, "One moment of genuine insight dispels
eons of ignorance and confusion".
Life is a process, and Feng Shui supports a rich process of spiritual
living. With each placement, and with each moment, the mirror can be
wiped clear of limiting thoughts that condition our life.
Adjusting becomes knowing. And knowledge is a great jewel in living.
